Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays. During peak holiday periods, processing may take longer, and we will notify customers via the registered email address if any delay occurs.
2. Shipping Regions & Delivery Time
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. Shipping to PO boxes, military addresses, Alaska, and Hawaii is not available.
Shipping Time: Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Fee: Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order details.
3. Return & Cancellation Policy
Return Window: Customers may return items within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return shipping fees.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Beyond this time frame, cancellations may not be accepted once processing has begun.
4. Shipment Tracking & Delays
Once your order has shipped, we will send a tracking number to your email. You may track your shipment details through the tracking link provided.
If your delivery is delayed by more than 10 business days due to loss by the carrier or warehouse stock issues, please contact our support team for a full refund or free reshipment.
5. Shipping Liability
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, carrier strikes, customs inspections, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please ensure that you provide complete and accurate shipping information at checkout to avoid delivery issues.
