1. Return Eligibility Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date you receive your package. Return requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.
2. Return Item Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. Items must not have stains, damage, or signs of wear caused by the customer.
Please note that personalized or customized products and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost. After submitting your return request, we will provide you with a prepaid return label via email.
For returns due to personal preference, incorrect size, or change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout for your orders. Please note a return processing fee of $3.99 will be deducted from your refund for returns initiated for these reasons.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. The exact timing for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider’s processing times.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages

6. Cancellation Policy
